We ship within Canada at a flat rate of $15. Every purchase will be shipped using Canada Post. Once the product is shipped, the tracking number, along with all shipping information will be sent to the customer via email. Once your item is dispatched, the customer assumes all responsibility for lost or damaged packages/product.
If the product you purchase is NOT currently available, we will contact you via email within 1 business day to notify you.
At Bella, we want you to be entirely satisfied & happy with you purchase. We will happily accept the return of regular priced merchandise if your item meets the following guidelines.
Merchandise is in its originally purchased condition. It has not been worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must have ALL original tags ATTACHED. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please call 416-440-8852 OR email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be received no later than 10 days after the return authorization was issued. A full refund will be issued once the items have been received and checked at the store. Items that are outside of the 14 day window will not be accepted.
Returns without an authorization number will NOT be accepted.
All SALE merchandise is FINAL SALE & cannot be returned under ANY condition.
At Bella, we are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned. As a suggestion, when shipping your return to the Toronto store, we recommend using a shipping option that provides a TRACKING NUMBER, and INSURANCE. All return fees are at the expense of the purchaser.
Returns can also be made in store, original receipt must be present.
